Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing the Zethron Ltd website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

Zethron Ltd provides outbound lead generation systems for B2B SaaS companies, alongside website development, mobile app development, AI systems, NFC review cards, social media management and paid advertising for UK businesses. Outbound services are delivered in-house; website, app, AI, NFC, social media and paid advertising services are delivered in partnership with MarkOra (Dubai), with Zethron as your single point of contact. Service scope and terms are defined in individual client agreements.

3. Fees and Retainers

Outbound, social media management and paid advertising run on monthly retainers. Retainers run month to month. Either side can end the retainer with one week's notice.

Website, mobile app and NFC review card projects are scoped and priced as one-off project fees. AI systems are generally one-off builds. An optional ongoing retainer is available for maintenance or further improvements.

Ad spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms and is not included in our management fee. Fees and scope are confirmed on the strategy call and in your client agreement.

4. Account Ownership and Approvals

You own your ad and social accounts. We're added as an admin or partner, and you can remove access at any time.

You provide the necessary account access, brand assets and a point of contact for approvals. For paid advertising, you provide a payment method on the advertising accounts to cover ad spend.

5. Results

It depends on the service. Paid campaigns usually need a few weeks of data before they're tuned, and social media builds over months. We can't guarantee specific results.

We do not guarantee followers, reach, leads, sales or return on ad spend.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Zethron Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zethron Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
